The Governor’s Foundation for Health and Wellness is not a state program. It’s a non- profit, 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to enabling and encouraging Tennesseans to lead healthier lives. It is supported by employers, hospital systems, health insurance companies, community organizations, and others across the state.
The Foundation captures only the contact information for your place of worship. We can also see which Small Starts you have chosen and which ones you have completed.
Having the support, encouragement, and advocacy of your faith leader helps establish and sustain your program.
